1. Booking requests
Bookings may be requested through the website form, WhatsApp or direct contact. A submitted form sends your preferred details to the spa; it does not itself reserve a slot.
2. Confirmation
Your appointment is confirmed only after the spa confirms the requested date and time. If unavailable, an alternative may be offered.
3. Arrival and late arrival
Please arrive a few minutes before your confirmed appointment. Late arrival may reduce treatment time where another appointment follows. Any charge should be based on the booking terms communicated to you.
4. Cancellation and rescheduling
Please contact the spa as early as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. Any notice period, cancellation charge or deposit rule should be clearly communicated when the appointment is confirmed and applied consistently with applicable law.
5. No-show
A confirmed appointment that is not attended without notice may be treated as a no-show. Any no-show charge or deposit treatment must be disclosed in advance.
6. Deposits and payments
The current website does not process payment directly. If an advance or deposit is requested separately, the amount, payment method, cancellation treatment and refund terms should be communicated before payment.
7. Treatment suitability
Guests should tell the spa about relevant allergies, sensitivities, pregnancy, recent surgery, injuries or other health concerns. Where suitability is uncertain, obtain appropriate medical advice before booking. The spa may decline or adjust a treatment where appropriate.
8. Prices and duration
The current website displays a general core massage range of ₹1,000–₹1,200 and may show example durations such as 60 or 90 minutes. Confirm the final treatment, duration and price with Ganesh Spa.
